In 2018, he returned to India and teamed up with Chef Arvind to start their own catering business. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, the business has been doing well. Chef Anil and Chef Arvind are passionate about their work and take great pride in their culinary creations. They are committed to providing their clients with the highest quality food and service.
ADVANCING ONE'S TASTE BUDS
Anil, who has been with Cater-Inc since the beginning, has risen through the ranks and is now the head chef in the company's main kitchen. There, he conducts experiments on current products and creates and tests new recipes that are unrivalled. As Cater-Inc's representative, he also travels throughout India to attend trade shows and special events, as well as charitable activities. Cooking up some fresh and exciting dishes using unique products is Chef Anil's speciality.

Chef Anil isn't afraid to seek out new experiences, and when he's not teaching other cooks, he loves to hang out with family and friends. Also, he likes to explore untapped places in the world.
