How much time does it take for an event set up?
The size and service requirements of each event are unique. Setup time will be specified by the type of event, the location and the chosen theme. Setting up for large events often takes 8 to 10 hours, whereas smaller events require just 2 to 4 hours.

It takes up to 2 to 4 hours to set up and clean up after the event. However, it can differ according to the size and type of event.
When do you need the final guest count?
To make an event unforgettable and successful, we suggest you inform the final count at least 48 hours before the event. We are always open to helping you at the last-minute, though.
